On the 8th August 2016 Tactile Treasures launched our new website thanks to Kolodo our web developers.
Our website went live as planned at 5pm and less than 45 minutes later sale number one popped up. It has been an incredible journey that has seen us travel across the UK and attending craft shows by ICHF, Craft4Crafters, Upper Street Events and Grosvenor Shows. The response we get makes the journey and the initial risk we took to set up more than worth while. We will never get fed up of hearing the words “it’s nice to see something different at a show“.
Customer service is our major aim to give you the best possible experience of using Tactile Treasures. With our extensive tutorials you cab be assured help is at hand or even at the end of the telephone.
We have steadily grown adding new lines with our latest product being our Cuddlesoft fabric range, from humble beginnings with ten products to over 100 product lines and still looking to expand even further.
Today and several thousand sales later we still get excited when the email pings.
