We are making sure that we take all possible precautions in the workplace and at home so we are safe and to ensure nothing is passed to the wonderful postal staff that collect our parcels on your behalf. We have plenty of hand sanitiser, handwashing and gloves available to prepare your orders in accordance with government guidelines.

While we are aware parcels are taking longer than normal to arrive can I please ask you to refrain from emailing us if we have posted/where your order is UNLESS it’s been at least 14 WORKING DAYS. Once we have passed it to Royal Mail you will get an email saying your order is ‘completed’ and has been passed to our delivery partner.
Have we posted your order yet?
We have post collected every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you have ordered before 2pm on those days your order HAS gone out. (Any issues we will contact you so we can get it out). After that it will be the next postal collection day. Please factor this in the processing time.
Where is my parcel?
Our Royal Mail service is doing a fantastic job but they are simply swamped by the volume of post they are getting.  They are short staffed in some areas too as it depends on how badly they are affected by the virus.  So the regional sorting offices may have different volumes depending on where they are in the country and what depots your parcel has to go through. This can affect delivery times getting to you.
One super lovely customer patiently waited 21 days and her order DID arrive. In fact in over four years of posting out only two parcels have gone completely missing and never showed up again.
While I know how great crafting supplies are to receive and we are pleased you want your goodies so much can we please ask for a little patience  Our own post this morning consisted of something I’d been waiting to arrive for 2 weeks and something else was only 3 days!
As a small business we cannot afford to resend your order out without waiting 21 days before doing. It also puts more unnecessary strain on the postal system at this time and gives you extra risk as you will have to return it via your local post office. When we have done this in the past the replacement has frustratingly turned up on the same day anyway!
Need your order urgently?
If you want to order and it’s ‘urgent’ you can phone us and pay to upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail’s Tracked24 for an EXTRA £3. This is NOT a guaranteed service but these orders do seem to be getting there much quicker! (07742 994638) is the number to phone.
We are doing our best to make sure you receive your orders as quickly as possible and I am sure you will agree that the Royal Mail are doing a fantastic job in such stressful and worrying times.  Our postal guys and gals are amazing – don’t know what we would do without them!
