Beautiful soft luxurious velvet fabric bonded in house to our 1.5mm thick, soft Midnight Blue Primo Felt. Such a gorgeous colour but we couldn't decide on the backing - so slightly lighter backing will be Light Turquoise or a darker backing will be Turquoise - you choose.
Easy to cut and will not fray, suitable for die cutting, perfect for bow making, bag making, embellishment, flowers and applique, to name a few!
Size: A4 (20cm x 28cm) As these are hand cut so please allow a 1cm +/- variation
